The guy thing...

Well no this isnt about the 'guy thing' you thought about...whatever that be.
This is about the 'guy gang(s)' . Whether it be work or anywhere else...ever noticed how guys definitely have their own gangs or groups? They might mingle with women and have mutliple 'groups' but every guys will be in a guy gang. And most of the time women are totally off limits to these groups and the discussions that happen in the groups. Even if the discussions are not "typical guy talk". Women too have their own gangs I am sure but its usually related to things other than work that are discussed - maybe kids, home, new nail polish, etc. But with men, they discuss work related stuff that is not shared with their female counterparts. Yes I am pissed for guys hanging out together and learning/knowing things (because other guys are disseminating this knowledge/new etc) that even women in the workplace (or otherwise) have the right to know. Sure life isnt fair, and sure people are not equal but is it then alright to discriminated some (on grounds of gender) because they are only part of the 'team' and not the group??? ....
