and half of Mumbai is under house arrest.
Either because they are too scared to go out or because if they go out, they don't have a means of transport or because what they need is shut/closed.
It's ridiculous. I mean where the law and order mechanism. I am glad the police decided to do something about all the violence that has happened due to the MNS but they should have worked a little harder to see that no disruption happens to normal life of the average Mumbaikar.
