And the rich get richer...

The Supreme Court rubbished the High Court order of the Mill land case, and said that the owners have the right over all the built up land and the remaining land will be distributed equally for owner, open space, low cost housing. So now instead of having equal share, the open spaces and housing development have only 13.3% (instead of 33.3%)...and who benefits? The owners, builders and rich developers...the city is worse off because we have newer malls, expensive high rises, more stress on limited resources, more congestion, traffic jams, lesser greenery...its sad...will there ever be any balance in this city?
