@ Yogesh - Haha I doubt it increases employee productivity. I would think employers would not like to promote such things at all. @ Hiren - Hehe I am assuming you are lucky enough to have a window office/cubicle. Thanks and welcome.
You did not see the girl getting promoted!!These days employers are desperate to try anything. I don't think they will mind this at all :D
Hahaha well the GIRL gets promoted not the guy :PKidding but ya if not employment satisfaction, personally you would end up happier if something like this really happened.
