I hate when emails don't have subject lines.
A subject line is so cool and more importantly, important. It can help you see check in a second what an email is about, whether it's urgent or not, whether it's a silly forward or a typed out message.
Give your emails a subject line.
I have made that mistake myself in professional life more than once. I remember my manager asking me to write one always. Besides readability there is a high chance that spam filters trap emails with no subject line.
