Be Smart by thinking others are Smart.

The mistake a lot of people make often is that they assume other people don't have a basic level of intelligence.

Don't be a fool. Assume people around you HAVE basic intelligence.

Some things are very important in life and I find that one of those important things that people really lack, which they really really need is Trust.
